Free Distant Reiki

You may wish to receive free distant reiki while you are meditating to enhance your meditation experience or to help you towards healing your body or mind.

It is possible for Reiki practitioners to send Reiki healing energy from a distance. If you would like to receive this service, please complete and submit the short form at the bottom of the page.

You may wish to request Distant Reiki for any of the following reasons:

• You are unable to travel to receive a Reiki treatment in person.

• You would like to experience Reiki before committing yourself to a full treatment in person.

• You would like to receive short bursts of Reiki to help with an ongoing health problem or to complement any conventional medical treatment that you are already taking.

• You are currently experiencing a challenging or tense situation.

• You require a positive boost.

• You are curious.

Any information provided will be regarded as confidential.

Distant Reiki will be sent out for approximately ten minutes between 10 pm and 11 pm for 7 days. There is no charge for this service.

Receiving Distant Reiki

To get the most out of your Distant Reiki meditation session, you may like to sit or lie down in a quiet room with peaceful music at the appointed time. Remain with your eyes closed for about fifteen minutes, or longer, if you wish.

If you are unable to be alone or in a quiet place, you will still receive the benefits of the healing energy, even though you did not consciously participate in the experience.
